Disastrous company. Service, planning, communication and organization is horrible!
We're still in the process of getting our heating finished after installation. All personnel is friendly, capable, but since signing the contract for both radiator- and floor heating in July it is still not over (with a delay of 4 months from our site) in April.
We've spend so much phone calls inquiring when they'd continue, or asking for someone to come and fix an issue and there has been many, many issues. Phone calls are not returned, specifically if you need something fixed. Now, in April, I've been trying to have someone over to get the floor heating (temporarily) running again after the thermostat showed some kind of failure. It's minus zero at night and again (daily calls/SMS) it is nothing but words, no action. We're without heating for almost three weeks now.
All initiatives are ours, always. Nothing is communicated and there is no one responsible. They don't seem to communicate internally either.
We've chosen for Agirenergy after a good presentation and because we're locals, but if we would have known what we know now... NEVER AGAIN! I don't care how far we must go for our planned panneau photovoltaique but it would be emotional suicide with Agirenergy.
Still two stars because the equipe who worked at our house is capable and friendly but company-wise service, planning, communication and responsibility is below zero. If you choose them for your next work we wish you good luck.
