The Premium pump doesn’t work. It’s 6:45p and doors are locked. Lights on. I waited for 15 min and tried again. My $.10 discount is now USED and will be contacting Shell corporate to re- redeem.

Today (10/7/2024) is the last time I will purchasing gas from this Shell station. Have been a regular customer for years, but have experienced more than a dozen instances this year (2024)that the pumps would not work. So to prevent future frustration I had to find another gas station to establish a business relationship with.

Bought some ice cream and drinks from here and everything was expired, including the ice cream. I’ve never had ice cream that felt like foamy slime, seriously disgusting and disappointing considering I haven’t had that kind since a kid. Plus the worker gave us bags and had us put our own stuff in the bags. Never coming back here again and I would recommend you don’t either unless you don’t mind 6month old expired stuff.

I love that this station offers non-oxygenated 91-octane fuel—the best option for snowblowers and other engines that shouldn’t run fuel with ethanol—and it’s only one of a handful within a15-mile radius that sells 93-octane unleaded. You’ll pay out the nose for it but it’s available. Unfortunately, the exterior is in a serious state of disrepair. The asphalt in front and around the pumps is an utter disaster. The asphalt should have been replaced 10 years ago and the entire exterior desperately needs painting but I’ve seen no effort from the owner to address either shortcoming. And if you like a receipt at the pump, this location is one of the worst for keeping a roll of thermal printer paper in the pump. It’s clear they never check and, instead, they seem to wait for customers to complain. After walking inside about ten times in the last three years to report the paper is out, I’ve simply come to expect I’ll get no receipt. To summarize, they offer hard-to-find fuel options and the location is relatively close by. But as far as I’m concerned, I shouldn’t have keep tabs on their pumps and I DEFINITELY shouldn’t have to slalom around bowling ball-sized potholes in their lot. It’s a shame that the owner doesn’t seem to care. Can Shell (Corporate) intervene?

Owners need to fix their pricing. The 93 grade fuel is priced way higher than other shell pumps in town offering 93. Seems like a scam. Their price for 93 has not changed since 4 months and is at $3.3xx/gallon. Where as other shell pumps in town have adjusted down the price of 93 as the gas prices have gone down.

Local, never crowded, the pumps work quickly. The selection in the shop is limited it's not like an SA where you've got a lot of hot self serve options, but you can get chips and a drink and some Advil.
