Having never treated myself to a sports massage before I really wasn’t sure what to expect however Emily was so friendly and professional. She took note of my background and any injuries or issues I have and ensured I felt completely comfortable. Was really attentive for me to get the best out of the massage and was definitely what I needed after a already long week! Also excellent safety measures, cleaning and processes in light of COVID-19. Would definitely recommend and will be using again!!

I booked today's sports massage with Emily a week ago as a sort of "M.O.T" for my upper back & shoulders, but yesterday I developed a bit of a crick in the right side of my neck. This made my appointment all the more necessary.
When Emily arrived for my first session, we had a 15 minute consultation & discussed, among other things, my problem, my posture, & my background before she got to work. By the time she had finished, she'd dealt with the vast majority of the crick, aswell as eased the rest of my upper back, & I'm extremely grateful to her.
But being brilliant at massage is only half the job. It's just as important to have the sort of personality that puts people at immediate ease & lets you feel completely trusting of them. Emily has this in spades. The bottom line is, Emily is the full package, & I would, & will, recommend Emily to anyone I hear who needs a massage treatment. I'll definitely be booking her again (Assuming I haven't bored her too much, prattling on about the gym ?)

Emily has been key in my recovery and rehabilitation from ACL surgery - always on hand to help me out with inevitable tight muscles following surgery, and sore muscles following rehab! Her sports massages have helped me regain flexibility and range of motion to be able to get back to the sports that I love. Couldn't be more grateful for the kind and diligent service - thank you!

As a keen athlete it is important to get regular massages. After a few big weeks of training my legs were feeling really tight. The sports massage Emily gave me really did the trick. Definietly loosened the legs and lower back. I look forward to going back in a couple weeks time!
