I would definitely avoid. The cost of the trip is very high for what you get.

Unfortunately, I had attempted to cancel my daughter's trip 2.5 months prior to leaving and they were going to charge me 50% of the trip cost PLUS additional fees which amounted to nearly $3,000. Had we been within 60 days, there is no refund at all. Disappointed that companies are allowed to get away with not providing a service and charging large fees like this. I understand if I were cancelling inside of 30 days, but we were still 2.5 months out. The flights had not even been purchased at this point.

The trip overall went smoothly for my daughter. However, I was quite disappointed with some of the services. They were sooo busy that many days the kids were never given the opportunity to have lunch. For dinner, if the hotel they stayed at had a buffet, then they would eat buffet style food. Otherwise a prepared lunchbox style meal was prepared for them (example: lasagna in a tin box). They never got to eat "local" and really experience other types of food.

A couple of nights they stayed in hostels. I do not have an issue with hostels, however, given the cost of this trip, I would expect they would have stayed somewhere that costed more than $25 / night. What we paid just didn't align with what we got.

This organization needs to be boycotted. Daughter is with her group at airport and flight was delayed and that caused them to miss connecting flight and they have done nothing in the 6 hours the students have been stuck at airport. Ended up saying they are not responsible and don’t really care.

Beware and stay away from this company!! I signed up my son for a 2024 Greece trip and paid $540 for trip insurance during the registration process. Three weeks following registration, the trip was unexpectedly canceled due to low enrollment. Per the “policy”, the deposit and trip insurance are non-refundable, despite the fact that monies were collected for a trip that was never confirmed and will not occur. This practice should be illegal (and perhaps it is). These people sold a plan for something that doesn’t exist. They are shady and don’t deserve your business. Stay away!!

Traveler beware!!!
Especially parents trying to book an educational tour with this company. First, they will rake you on via the school your high schooler goes to and then they will rip you off. Don't fall for it as this company knows how to scam you with an overpriced tour. Mainly, they only take debit card or bank transfer payments for a reason, which is to find every reason to not give you your money back should you decide to cancel within the so called "2 week" period. Here is the kicker, you can't cancel online, and their chat is only a bot giving canned responses. So you can only cancel by calling them and they are only available on weekdays from 8 to 5 pm. Despite signing up for trip protection and trying to call them within the 2 week period, this scam company won't give me my money back. Save your time, energy, and money and go with any other reliable company with way better customer service. I should have held back when I found that they only accept debit cards or bank transfer payments...
