Never use them!!! I was assigned to them from Dallas to Seattle. And they did the slowest and worst moving job. I was nice and polite to them, providing cold waters and 80 dollars tips on the move. They delivered my staff over 3 weeks with most of the items either damaged or broken. They promised me to claim the items but then disappeared. Both the agency and I tried to contact them for a claim, and they haven't responded over a month. They were poor in communication and unprofessional during the moving. All they want is to ask for more money even though I had paid in full in advance. I would never use them and recommend no one use their business if you don't want any trouble.

Used them to move a single item, and the price was decent. The item did get damaged in transport.
Update: filed a claim that was approved and the company has not submitted payment. Do not recommend using them

Showed up 30 minutes after 10 am during an 8-10am window.
They packed things well and were good about transporting things out of the house only minor damage to front door skirting that happened when removing a couch. I thought things would be good.
After everything was loaded, I was reading the bill of lading and insurance policy. While trying to read I kept getting interrupted to just sign the paper work.
The driver took a handful of paper and said dont sign then and went to the truck. Assuming he would come back I continue reading
Eventually I finished reading and signed the agreement. An

The driver returned for the signed paper within the 30 seconds it took to finish.after realizing I still had his pen he tried to ignore me 3 times before turning around.
Admittedly i lost my cool and threw the pen and cursed the driver out but the situation was very stressful to take part in.
