I’ve had various warranties over my lifetime from autos to toys. And my usual experience a few times that I did file a claim resulted in no response or little to no results. There were times when I was made to feel like I was trying to steal something that I wasn’t entitled to receive.
But the very first representative I spoke with at EFG Companies was respectful, professional, and even helpful. He actually sounded sincere in wanting to help me. That was a totally different! I’m a senior woman who made the independent decision to take out the warranty on my vehicle when I purchased it 7 years ago. And while I knew the warranty was still in effect, I expected they’d find a reason to get out of paying. But instead they treated me like royalty. Thank you, EFG Companies.

Transaction was handled mostly by the dealership which made it very easy. Representatives were quick to respond and take care of the charges. They tried to charge me a deductible, but after calling an agent they recognized their mistake and took care of the bill 100%!

I am extremely disappointed with EFG Companies and their so-called warranty. I purchased a $3,000 warranty with the expectation that it would provide protection for major repairs. However, when my car's engine, which will cost $10,000 to replace, needed work, I was informed that my warranty was void due to a small amount of sludge in the engine. This is utterly ridiculous, as a tiny amount of sludge is normal in any engine, and I have diligently performed all the required maintenance on my vehicle.
To make matters worse, EFG Companies has been avoiding my calls for days. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but they have not returned my calls or provided any assistance. It feels like they are just trying to get me to roll over and forget about the money I paid for this worthless warranty.
This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I trusted EFG Companies to provide coverage when I needed it most, but instead, they have left me stranded with a huge repair bill and no support. I strongly advise anyone considering a warranty with EFG Companies to look elsewhere. Their warranties are nothing more than a scam, and their customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that actually stands behind their products.

I purchased a used 2017 Nissan Frontier from a Toyota dealership and the extended warranty they offered from EFG. I needed repairs and the first EFG rep told me to take it back to the selling dealership. That dealership told me they were a Toyota dealership and that I needed to take it to a local Nissan dealership. I guess they were not interested in working on it.
The vehicles hvac needed to be replaced with a couple of other repairs. A costly repair for sure. At first, I was told that EFG would only pay a set amount for the repairs and not what the dealerships hourly rate was. I was not satisfied with that because I had tried to do everything that I was told to do. Well, when I called EFG to voice my displeasure, I was able to speak with a very helpful and professional representative by the name of Priscilla. She listened to my grievance and made everything right! I only had to pay my deductible. It was refreshing to receive great customer service. Thanks, again!

I’m 100% new to the F&I field, and I have to say that my trainer, Anthony Olivieri, was phenomenal. He helped me build a lot of confidence throughout the training. Leaving today, I feel like this is something I can confidently do, thanks to his guidance. I just need to learn the specific products offered in my store and apply the skills Anthony provided me with to my role. He truly was the best—I loved the training, and I’m really happy they had me here.
I also want to give a shout-out to my four colleagues who were here for additional training. They were also training with Anthony and helped me out a lot too, both during hours and after hours, to get me to where I need to be. Their support made a big difference!
