WOW. I was not expecting to come to review this practice and see the same complaint by patients over and over and over. Unfortunately, I will add to the testimonials. I'm so disappointed to write this because my neurologist Dr. Goldstein is FANASTIC! Even though we have had 4 visits only, every time he remembers who I am and greets me by name with a huge smile, "it's my favorite sports photographer!" Unfortunately, I have NOTHING good to say about the billing department and office staff. When I went in yesterday, they presented me is a notable bill. They said the last three (of three) visits they had made billing mistakes and I owed X for each of the 3 visits and then my copay for today. When asked for the printout of the charges the front desk girl insisted that it was impossible to print out the charges- she could only write it on a post it note. Really?! She said that I could not go to my appointment unless I paid the balance (without the option of a seeing a printout of the charges only her post it note). I finally gave up and paid it. Since the appointment, I have received a text message and email saying that I owe the amount I paid yesterday. When I called just now, Nicky, in the billing department said there was yet another mistake from yesterday (4 for 4) and they didn't charge me for my visit yesterday though they said they did. She did not offer any apology. She was completely unhelpful. I honestly would lose every single one of my clients if I managed my business this way. It's absurd.

I am a patient of Dr.singer in sunrise I was there recently and was under stress in pain and in a horrible mood the young lady that is at the front glass with the glasses and braids OMG is sooo sweet and kind hearted she helped fill out my forms was very understanding she even gave my son a cookie so he could stay quiet. I noticed how she treated all the other patients and she was the same way she was funny and help full and left there extremely happy and sad because Dr.singer is leaving but will continue treatment there because of that young lady and rest of the staff but she made my day I don't know who is here boss but great job in hiring here I wish I knew her name exactly but it's a bit weird to pronounce Thank you young lady for that day be wise it wasn't my day

Given the poor management of my case after 2 months of pain and sleepless nights I decided to see another neurology specialty group for what my insurance agency asked me to ask them a discharge note.
No matter how many times I asked the lady in charge of creating a simple discharge form on my behalf,so I could begin a better treatment with another provider,SHE SIMPLY DENIED telling that they have never done that!!
It is REALLY CONCERNING AND FRUSTRATING that they could not care less about the needs of their patients,from whose payments they make a living,and still they keep on operating without any call on their poor management!!
